This website Ayuska.in provides information and solutions by way of workshops, webinars and trainings (collectively referred to as the ‘Platform’). This website also offers individual consultations, nutrition plans, lifestyle plans and work-out sessions [referred as ‘Programs’ offered] through our health wellness coaches.

The team does not represent itself to be medical practitioners or health professionals. The team or the Platform does not render any medical advice or diagnosis or treatment. The content on the Platform, including text, graphics, images, illustrations, etc., as well as the Programs provided by the team are only for general information on health and wellness, and not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment from medical practitioners or health professionals.
The solutions offered on the Platform and through Programs, are on the basis of the information available in the public domain and the personal experience of the individuals comprising the team. The team does not make any representation and assumes no liability for the accuracy or completeness of the said information. a. Account & Registration Obligations
All shoppers have to register and login for placing orders on the Site. You have to keep your account and registration details current and correct for communications related to your purchases from the site. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the shopper agrees to receive promotional communication and newsletters upon registration. The customer can opt out either by unsubscribing in "My Account" or by contacting the customer service.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Ayuska reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Ayuska Web Site/ Programs are offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of this Web Site/ Programs.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
If these Terms of Service are not acceptable to You, You are requested to refrain from availing the services of Ayuska.
By becoming a member, You are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Service.
These terms of service for use of the Website/ Membership program and any other rules or usage provisions specified in the Website/ Membership program shall be collectively referred to as this "Agreement".


SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

SECTION 5 - Cancellation by Site / Customer
You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the order cut-off time (8PM every day) of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service or dropping a mail to store@ayuska.in. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms of service of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them. Any cancellation of perishable produce like fruits and vegetables post out cut off time will entail a cancellation charge of 50% of the cost of produce. Non Perishable groceries cancellations are fine. However no body is available for delivery and there is no communication regarding the same, we will charge 100% of the produce cost.

SECTION 6 – Return & Refunds
We have a "no questions asked return and refund policy" for all products purchased at https://store.ayuska.in/ which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.
A small advice, from our experience so far, it is unfair for organic produce to be judged based on its cover. Typically organic produce may not be the best looking unlike their non organic friends, since no chemical additions are made at any point to make it look good. But they are normally very good inside. So, If you want to return the produce due to exterior appearances (either not appealing or looking dull or incase of bananas it looks blackish), we would request you to please give the veggies a try and in case you do feel the same even after that, we would most definitely refund the money.
What happens to the money if you have paid online or through wallet?
In case you have already paid for the same online or via wallet, we will credit the same to your wallet within 2 working days, which can used against your future purchases. Just ensure you write the same in our delivery sheet.
Post delivery, due to quality issues

Fruits and Vegetables - within 2 days of delivery
Non Perishables - within 7 days of delivery. If unopened, we will be fine to take it back. However, if it is opened, we will have to consider it on a case to case basis.

SECTION 7 – Shipping
Produce are shipped to the customer location on the selected day of delivery at the checkout page.

SECTION 8 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
